This is a 2 1/2 Day course of strict SOE Practice under as near Examination Conditions as can be mustered.
It follows the Magic Roundabout formula as used on the Primary Viva Course.
2 on 1 Peer-to-Peer Vivas

IMPORTANT NOTE ON PREPARATION

The advice is that you should attend this Course only when you consider yourself
Fully Prepared for the imminent SOE Examination.

The MSA Courses are not designed to Teach.
Please do not come expecting to be Taught.
Come expecting to Learn.

The MSA’s emphatic advice regarding
All the FRCA Examinations
is you should only sit these examinations when you have done enough work to feel that you
Deserve to Pass.
It has to be courting Disappointment to enter for an exam
Hoping to Pass.

Due to the extremely high demand for places, if you:
Have previously had a place confirmed on this Course and failed to show
Have previously attended this Course partially/fully
Are not sitting the FRCA December Final SOE Exam
Then, unfortunately your application cannot be accepted.

ATTENDANCE

You must have the Leave & Travel Arrangements to attend the Whole of this Course
We can not accommodate late arrivals/early departures, so please book your travel accordingly
You will not be allowed to come/go from the Course at your own leisure.

This is due to the fact that the Format of the Magic Roundabouts is affected for everyone
if individuals are not present for the Full Duration

All SOEs as per RCA Structure and under Examination Conditions

Covering at least 48 Topics reflective of the Final FRCA Examination

Groupwork Preparation, Review & Discussion around Topics

Long Hours & Hard Work But Enjoyable & Beneficial

Note: This Course is not a course in Viva Revision.
It is a Course to prepare candidates for the Viva Experience and for improving Viva Technique and Presentation.
Whilst Preparation & Practice of Vivas will, of course, engender an element of Revision en-passant,
please do not rely on the Course to provide you time for Revision.

If you haven’t already, the advice is to organise your Leave (Study/Annual) sooner than later – it is always easier to cancel leave, rather than trying to obtain it, later down the line
Re-Attending this Course:
Due to the popularity of this Course, you are only permitted to attend once.
You are not eligible to apply for this Course unless you are sitting the imminent Final FRCA SOE Exam, and you must be fully prepared.
You will not be permitted to attend again – so make it your best shot!
The demand for places is always extremely high, therefore, it is only fair to give places to those Trainees who have not attended before.
Plus,
We do not think it is the best use of time or money to re-attend our Courses as much of the Material will be the same as you were exposed to previously.
We would not want re-attending Candidates to leave feeling that they have not gained full benefit from their time and their money.
