By submitting application to a Course you are confirming the below Terms & Conditions:

  • You are Booked & Confirmed on the upcoming sitting of the Examination
  • You will make the necessary work, travel & domestic arrangements to ensure you are present for the full duration of the Course
  • You have read the Course Information, understand the objectives of the MSA and, appreciate the level of personal preparation required to benefit from the Course.
  • You understand that, should you be offered a place, the Course Fee will be paid by the specified time/date to secure your place, otherwise you will lose your place
  • You agree that there will be no refund if, having secured my place with payment, you then withdraw, and your place cannot be filled by an Applicant on the Waiting List
  • You will respect and adhere to the rules regarding use of the MSA’s Intellectual Property (IP) and understand that any attempt to copy or share materials at any time, is a breach of IP Law and will result in disciplinary action

Please Note: The MSA & The Course Faculty reserve the right to revoke attendance on this Course, or any future Course, in the event of any misconduct

Cancellation of Place due to Illness

If you are confirmed with, or are experiencing symptoms of, any contagious illness, we encourage you to be considerate of others and act in the best interest of your fellow Colleagues and MSA staff & Faculty attending our Courses.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

As per the Terms & Conditions on application, once your place has been secured with payment, if we are unable to fill your place with someone from the Waiting List*, then we cannot offer a refund.
Following this final stage of the application process, the Charity are subjected to significant costs per person and therefore is the rationale behind this policy.

*Due to the significant time which I have to spend trying fill places as we get closer to the Course, which subsequently impacts and distracts from Course preparation, I have had to put the following time vs. refund stipulations in place:
– Up to 7 working days prior to the Course: 100% Refund given if able to fill place
– Up to 4 working days prior to the Course: 50% Refund given if able to fill place
– Less than 4 working days prior to Course: 0% Refund given regardless of whether place is filled

When it comes to running events, we will always act in accordance with government guidelines.
If the advice is that events should not take place then we, and the venue, will responsibly cancel the Course and make the necessary refunds to individuals.

Re-issuing Attendance Certificates/Official Receipts
In view of;
1. The amount of time spent in Production of Certificates/Receipts in preparation for the Courses
2. The number of requests and subsequently further time spent in re-producing said Certificates due to loss
We have had to introduce an administration fee of £10.00 should your Certificate need to be re-produced following distribution at the end of a Course.
Please file your Certificates away somewhere safe should you need it at any point for whatever purpose.
